- One-on-one consultation with our experienced orthodontists, Dr. Carroll or Dr. Sutton
- Treatment fee and insurance verification (if applicable) to create an affordable payment plan that suits your budget.
Before you visit our office, you will receive a welcome letter that includes a link for you to fill out your health history information. Please ensure this is completed prior to your first appointment so the doctor has time to review the information.
