In-Ovation braces (made by GAC) utilize sliding door technology know as “self-ligation,” allowing the wire to slide back and forth within the bracket. No elastic or steel ties are used with the In-Ovation brackets. In-Ovation brackets create less friction, decreases treatment time, and results in greater patient comfort overall. This technology also reduces the number of adjustments required during orthodontic treatment.
In-Ovation ceramic brackets
In-Ovation ceramic brackets not only provide the same low friction advantages such as greater comfort and reduced treatment time, but also have a more esthetic appearance. Most of the metal is replaced with a ceramic tooth colored material.
New developments in orthodontics enable us to offer braces that are virtually invisible. The Invisalign® system is a state-of-the-art option for straightening your teeth without brackets or wires. It uses a series of clear customized, removable appliances called aligners that are virtually undectable, which means no one will notice that you’re straightening your teeth.
The system utilizes three-dimensional computer imaging to create aligners. At your initial consultation, our doctors will decide if Invisalign is a suitable treatment option for you. They will then develop precise treatment instructions. Invisalign uses advanced computer technology to translate these instructions into a sequence of finely calibrated aligners.
You will wear each aligner for two weeks, and remove them only for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing. As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will begin to move gradually – millimeter by millimeter, week-by-week until the final alignment prescribed is attained.
Invisalign® has been on the market since 1998. Our doctors have attended advanced training courses offered by Invisalign and participated in research studies conducted by independent clinics.

Meaw is an acronym for Multi-loop Edgewise Arch Wire. The wire is used in combination with rubber bands to treat patients where the only other alternative is jaw surgery. During the consultation the doctors will determine if surgery can be avoided with this type of treatment.
